Chris Kraus is a writer and critic. Her most recent novel, The Four Spent the Day Together, was published in the US/UK in 2025 and is forthcoming in Spanish translation this October.  Her first novel, I Love Dick was adapted for television and her literary biography After Kathy Acker was published by Semiotext(e) and Penguin Press.  Chris is a co-editor of the independent press Semiotexte alongside Hedi El Kholti.  She will be visiting faculty at Deep Springs College in Fall 2026.
