Publics Youth’s TAKEOVER, on March 9th, starts with an introduction to silk screen printing by Robin Clifford Ellis.
Together we will think about how activism looks and feels in the body, and what happens when sound begins to occupy space. How can these crossroads be shown visually? In the workshop, we will focus on voice and sound as tools and materials rather than something conceptual or abstract.
The participants will be given different ready-made screens which they can play with, creating different arrangements: combining colours, designs and printing materials. The event duration is 1,5 hours, and after a quick lunch the event continues with a full program of talks and music. Please stay with us: full program.
9 March, 1:30-3:00pm
The workshop is free of charge and open to 20 people max. Language: English.
Please sign up through this form!
