PUBLICS Youth gathers with youth boards of PRAKSIS (Oslo) and Index (Stockholm) for In Our Own Words: Nordic Youth Conference 2026 on 15-17 October, where the young people from three youth boards meet in Oslo to work on language as a threshold, in both senses of the word.

The conference culminates in a public symposium on language and access of art institutions on Saturday 17 October, 13:00–16:00 at Nitja senter for samtidskunst, Norway. The symposium is organised by the youth boards themselves, focusing on questions such as what makes a room accessible and what it would take for an institution to change.

14:00 Conversation with artist Sabīne Šnē
